The form is intentionally comprehensive because destination and operating details affect feasibility. It does not ask for payment, passport, identity-document, or sensitive medical information.

Do you already have a vehicle or vehicles?

Describe functional needs such as step-free access, mobility-device use, walking tolerance, hearing considerations, or boarding pace. Do not send diagnoses or sensitive medical data.
