Oregon Countryside Coach Tour

Oregon Countryside Coach Tour

See, hear, smell, and feel the lush Oregon countryside and taste the sustainably sourced ingredients the Willamette Valley is famous for.

Visit the rich land that first lured pioneers across the Rockies and along the Oregon Trail. The Willamette Valley, just a short distance from Portland, is one of the world's premier wine and food producing areas. The Oregon Countryside Tour takes your group through the valley, with visits to wineries and farms in the area accompanied by tales of the plucky pioneers who first cultivated the rich Oregon soil.

Your group will get to see where Portland's award-winning restaurants get their finest ingredients and taste the freshest fare available, as we keep you entertained with the stories and tales of the countryside.

The tour changes based on availability and season, but tour highlights typically include:

  • Visiting a winery for a chance to meet the wine-makers, learn how their wine is made, and sample the fruits of their labor
  • Touring a local family farm and/or dairy, where the farmers share their secrets and their creations
  • Lunching on fresh, delicious ingredients at a local restaurant
  • Understanding and seeing the results of the geologic forces that shaped the Willamette Valley

Guests should be prepared to show government-issued ID to participate in wine tastings.
