People often ask us for help in planning their convention, meeting or tour itinerary. While we're always willing to pitch in where we can, the truth is that our expertise is best focused on providing you the best destination management services we can offer, including:

  • Coach and walking tours, highlighting the beautiful Northwest
  • Fun team/group outings and hunt-based games to help enliven your conference or meeting
  • Receptive services, including meet-and-greet, step-on guides, local transportation, and local on-the-ground support for your meeting or tour

When it comes to pulling together all of the best pieces of a regional travel puzzle, your best bets are the local convention and visitors bureaus. They're full-time pros at putting together the right hotels, meeting spaces, restaurants, and other local services (such as, ahem, tours and games) that you'll need to make your conference a smashing success.

In Seattle, look to the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau, 206-461-5800. Their event calendar alone is worth checking out (and submitting to).

The Washington Convention Center, (206) 447-5000, is also a great resource.

In Portland, your CVB is Travel Portland (503-275-9750). They not only will work overtime to make sure your guests' visits here are fabulous, but they're a great information resource about the region in general.

Outside of Portland, rely on Travel Oregon (800-547-7842), particularly for Oregon tour itineraries.

In the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, look up the Washington County Visitors Association, (503) 644-5555.
